You can buy one brand new with a controller and game and cables for $150 at Walmart. I owned one for a year and now it's still being used by one of my buddies in Iraq. This system does not come with very much memory, but I never found any of need for memory. Now if you're a hard core gamer, or you want to download music, games, movies, etc. then you might want to go with one of the larger memory systems, but it will cost you around 100$ extra. I get my package in the mail and its only the console. I emailed Retro Records about it on the 31st of Jan. He got back to me last night with a one sentance response. "If you read the descripton it clearly states this unit is for parts only." Where in that description does it say anything about for parts only? Not only that but the console was supposed to come with everything i need to play such as a controller and power brick and AV hook up. It came with none of that. I have yet to test the xbox because i had to buy everything separate. SO once the rest of the parts come in the mail i will find out if the console... Read more |
