You can spend significantly more for name brand cables at retail stores, but you'd be wasting a lot of money that you don't need to waste.Going into it, I looked at it this way: if it doesn't work or work for very long, I wouldn't feel too bad for having only spent less than five bucks in total for a 10' HDMI cord. However, if it did work, it's a pretty darn awesome deal after seeing what regular stores charge for these. Since it has worked as hoped, I am quite happy with my purchase and have recommended these to others. I can't vouch for how your experience will be with your cable, but for me, my 10' foot cable has worked fine.
