I called Nirve once and they only have one tech rep and he was out of the office that afternoon and no one else could help me. We finally figured it out and I am out cruising the streets. We had a lot of trouble with the "coasting" brakes on the front tire though, and I was surprised that while the rest of the instructions in the booklet were orderly, numbered and helpful, the page covering the brakes was just a picture, with no accompanying instructions. I ended up taking it to a local bike shop and having them finish the brake install and give the whole thing a once-over. Well worth the peace of mind for $35.Now that I have it in a ready-to-ride state, I LOVE THIS BIKE. I haven't owned a bike for more than 7 years, and this one beats any bike I have owned in the past. I love how upright I sit on it, and the height and width of the handlebars is very comfortable.
