The Good Actually works as advertised Lasts a long time and prevents rust The Bad None Overall The title says it all. I purchased a Hornady reloader about a year ago and put it in my basement. After the reloader was in the basement for 1 day I realized there was going to be a problem - after 24 hours it had a skim coat of rust on all the machined surfaces. I looked into many rust prevention options and decided to give Barricade a try. I sprayed it all over the thing (the aerosol is very convenient) and reapply it every once in a while around every 2-3 months). One year later, the reloader has NO new rust, it looks brand new. I now use it on my reloader, my dies, and my pistol. This stuff just works. FYI - WD40 is NOT a rust preventative. It is a water displacing formula. WD40 will dry up after time, leaving surfaces exposed.
