While I prefer non-latex as I'm probably allergic to latex, non-latex fingers don't adhere to the ends of my fingers, get between the knife & vegetable while chopping. Latex is stretchy enough to cling to the ends of most of my fingers avoiding that problem. So far I haven't had a reaction. This brand is less expensive per glove when factoring in the free super saver shipping, providing one doesn't need to buy in bulk huge amounts of gloves. There's not a lot to get right or wrong with them. However, as far as they go, these ones are great. I use these while working with electronics, so I needed powder free. Let me just say, these gloves slide on and off more easily than any other powder free glove I've used. I'd say even better than some powdered ones! I haven't had any break while I was putting them on, either. These gloves also have a slightly textured surface for grip. Many similar gloves I've gotten in the past will have several gloves that tear or break when I put them on, but none so far for me! The only thing is the gloves are a little large; I ordered XL and wear XL for most other glove-related things, and these gloves are somewhat (barely) loose. I kind've expect gloves to be a little more snug, so I guess I'll buy L next time around. |
