I use it every day, many times a day. It doesn't dry my skin the way other cleansers and soaps do. I take Cetaphil with me when I travel. I wash my face with it as well as bathing with Cetaphil. It is gentle on your skin and and because your skin is less aggravated by harsh or regular soaps you will have less reactions and rashes from coming in contact with allergens. It was recommended by my dermatologist. I do NOT use the antibacterial formulation because constant use of antibacterial soaps also kill the good bacteria on your skin an can lead to problems. This formulation is the best for daily use. I buy it in the six-pack to save money as it is more expensive than regular soap, but so much more worth it for its benefits. |
