(My scars resemble shallow acne damage, but were caused by something else.) I don't know if the results will improve even more over time, but it seems to have an immediate positive impact after applying and lasts throughout the day. I apply it in the morning prior to putting on makeup and again after washing my face at night. Sometimes I will touch it up mid-day as well. I've been using it for about a week now and I am thrilled with it thus far! Since it is invisible after being patted into the skin, it should be fine for men too. Again, I am not commenting on its effectiveness for wrinkles as I have no deep wrinkles of concern yet, but it does seem to help soften my shallow facial scars. For the price, I feel it's well worth it!
