Because it isn't!, By This review is from: Mederma Stretch Marks Therapy, 5.29 Oz Box (Health and Beauty) I know that there are different skin types, but Maderma should have specified if this item is for naturally BROWN skin (as in African-Americans, Hispanics, Indian, etc) and the stretch marks that we get, which tend to be different in color. I have bought two tubes in 6 weeks. I use it two times a day...and there is NO difference. I really wish there was a money back guarantee! I have seen it on here for $29.99 and in the drug stores it is $45.00, so truat me, your saving money THIS way. I have noticed the color getting better(lightening up), and the texture of my skin is a lot smoother, and i will also be using it the full 12 weeks recommended. It says in the box the results aren't as good on old stretch marks, but mine are over 2 years old.
